Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We’re seeking a Python Developer to join a highly collaborative and laid-back engineering team working on impactful data-driven projects. This is a fully remote opportunity to work with a team of experienced developers, including a Software Architect and VP, who value clean code, continuous learning, and a positive team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain Python applications using Pandas, NumPy, and FastAPI
• Build and deploy AWS Lambdas using SAM
• Work with PostgreSQL (functions, stored procedures, data integrity)
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Participate in cloud migration and optimization using AWS services such as S3, IAM, and EventBridge
• Collaborate with the team to visualize and interpret data through dashboards
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Git and modern workflows

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Domo
• Background in math, probability, or statistics
• Exposure to LLMs (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) or AWS Bedrock
• You bring 3+ years of professional Python experience (or more!)
• You’re comfortable in a remote-first environment
• You can adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and enjoy working in a "chill but productive" team culture
• You're open to growing into some client-facing responsibilities over time
• You’re ready to join a team that values impact over ego
