Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that power insights across the organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data is reliable, scalable, and accessible for decision-making. What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Building scalable data systems and pipelines to process information from diverse sources
• Designing and implementing ETL workflows using AWS, Airflow, Databricks, and SQL
• Enhancing data quality, reliability, and delivery through automation and process improvements
• Developing dashboards and analytical tools in Tableau, Grafana, or Databricks
• Delivering actionable insights into infrastructure performance and key metrics

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These):

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
• Strong Python skills, with hands-on SQL database design experience
• Background in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Experience with Databricks, Hive, or similar data warehouse technologies
• Ability to build dashboards using Tableau, Grafana, or Databricks

You’ll Stand Out If You…

• Have experience building and orchestrating pipelines with Airflow
• Bring strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Have optimized large-scale data systems for speed, scalability, and automation
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field

This is a 40-hour/week contract role with the potential to extend.
