Role/Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer / Lead who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence, cross‑geo collaboration, and modern automation frameworks. If you love building scalable automation, influencing quality strategy, and working with global teams, this role will feel like home.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands‑on experience in building robust test automation frameworks.
• Expertise in Playwright or similar modern automation tools.
• Experience working with Git (GitHub/GitLab) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams, influence stakeholders, and lead quality initiatives.
• Strong experience in REST API automation, validation, and integration testing.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in Agile Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to CMS or e‑Commerce platforms.
• Experience with agentic AI–driven automation or AI‑assisted testing approaches.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $75,000/Annum

Pay Range Maximum: $116,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
