Job summary

MissionStaff is seeking an Automation Engineer in Boca Raton to design, implement, and maintain automated testing and deployment processes across the software lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell, plus CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI and Git for version control.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in automation testing and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or software automation roles
