Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of software engineering with strong Python
• 3+ years AI/ML experience, deploying models in production
• Proven experience productionizing ML models with MLflow and MLOps frameworks
• End-to-end ML lifecycle expertise: data prep, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices for ML capabilities
• CI/CD, DevOps practices for ML and application workloads
• Experience with containerization and deployment (OpenShift, Docker)
• Proficient with Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, pytest, SonarQube, Artifactory
• Experience in large multi-team enterprise environments with governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to refine data requirements and deliver data solutions
• Code, integrate, transform, and control data in operational and analytical systems
• Build data pipelines and datasets to enable data-driven decisions and manage risks
• Develop and execute test plans, contribute to test suites, analyze results
• Drive complex IT projects to ensure on-time delivery and process adherence
• Document data engineering requirements for deployment, maintenance, and support
• Work with partners and stakeholders to ensure data governance and close gaps
