Job summary

Talentola is seeking a Python/AI Developer to modernize a legacy codebase by leveraging AI-driven tools and modern web frameworks. You will work in an Agile squad, collaborating with Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture teams to build scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on Python experience, AI development, unit testing, and the ability to design automation workflows. A strong focus on software engineering principles and maintainability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Python development and strong OOP/design skills.
• Experience with AI applications, including building AI agents and integrating LLMs into workflows.
• Proficiency with Python web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask) and data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn).
• Knowledge of unit testing tools (pytest/unittest) and test automation; design/maintain enterprise automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to generate Python web applications, backend services, and automation solutions with quality reviews.
• Design and generate unit tests for Python code and execute tests to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks, Copilot extensibility, and other modern AI tools.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for stability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, automate processes and deliver on time.
