Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Python/AI Developer to modernize legacy applications and build scalable, AI-driven solutions within an Agile team. You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade software.

The role emphasizes hands-on Python development, Agentic AI, LLM integrations, and automated workflows, with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Core Python development.
• Strong Python syntax, data structures, and OOP.
• Experience with Agentic AI architecture and AI agent development.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Model Interaction Design.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
• Proficiency in Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Pytest and Unittest.
• 4+ years designing and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems.
• Experience in process engineering and re-engineering.
• Solid software engineering principles and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to build Python-based web apps and backend services.
• Design and implement AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Develop AI agents, craft prompts, and design model interaction workflows.
• Review Python code for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Create unit tests using Pytest/Unittest and other frameworks.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-scale automation systems and workflows.
• Debug, optimize performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA, and Product Owners.
• Document automation procedures, designs, and development processes.
