Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Python/AI Developer who will use AI driven development tools to help modernize the legacy codebase into a modern technology stack. The role involves working in an Agile squad and collaborating with teams across Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture. The candidate should understand the banking technology environment and build solutions that adapt to changing business needs.

Skills Required

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, OOP, and design principles.
• Experience with AI application development, including:
• Building AI agents (Agentic AI architecture)
• Integrating LLMs into workflows
• Prompt engineering and model interaction design
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Fast API, or Flask.
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit learn, etc.).
• Understanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unit test) and test automation.
• 4 years or more experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise scale automation systems
• Experience with process engineering and re-engineering
• Core understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. encapsulation, extensibility, maintainability)
• Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
• Strong knowledge and work experience in automating process using Queues, creation of Libraries
