Job summary

Austin, TX-based Ethereum Technologies seeks a Python AI Developer to modernize a legacy codebase with AI-driven tooling. You will join an Agile squad and collaborate across Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture teams to build scalable, automation-ready solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Python, strong OOP and design principles, and hands-on experience with AI workflows, LLM integration, and modern Python frameworks. Banking domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, OOP, and design principles.
• Experience with AI application development, including building AI agents (Agentic AI architecture).
• Integrating LLMs into workflows, prompt engineering and model interaction design.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit learn, etc.).
• Understanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unit test) and test automation.
• 4+ years or more experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise scale automation systems
• Experience with process engineering and re-engineering
• Core understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. encapsulation, extensibility, maintainability)
• Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
• Strong knowledge and work experience in automating process using Queues, creation of Libraries
