Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, OOP, and design principles.

• Integrating LLMs into workflows and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit learn, etc.).
• Understanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unittest) and test automation.
• 4+ years designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems.
• Experience with process engineering and re-engineering.
• Core understanding of software engineering principles (encapsulation, extensibility, maintainability).
• Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
• Strong knowledge of automating processes using queues and library creation

The candidate should understand the banking technology environment and build solutions that adapt to changing business needs.

Skills Required

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development.
