Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking an AI/ML engineer to build Agentic AI agents from scratch using Python. You will work with LangChain, implement dynamic orchestration, and integrate multiple LLMs into a unified framework. Experience hosting models via AWS SageMaker and with healthcare/life sciences domains is highly valued.

The role requires hands-on development, strong communication, and the ability to deliver working Agentic AI solutions rather than just architectural designs or PoCs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development of agentic AI agents from scratch.
• Advanced Python coding and LangChain mandatory.
• Experience with dynamic agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Hands-on hosting of LLMs using AWS SageMaker and integrating specialized models.
• Healthcare / Life Sciences experience is needed.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI agents from scratch using Python.
