Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking an AI/ML engineer to build Agentic AI agents from scratch using Python. You will work with LangChain, implement dynamic orchestration, and integrate multiple LLMs into a unified framework. Experience hosting models via AWS SageMaker and with healthcare/life sciences domains is highly valued.

The role requires hands-on development, strong communication, and the ability to deliver working Agentic AI solutions rather than just architectural designs or PoCs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can independently write Python code from scratch, build AI agents, implement dynamic orchestration, and integrate multiple LLMs into an Agentic AI framework.

Please understand the key requirement:

• We need strong Engineers / Developers / Consultants who can independently build Agentic AI agents from scratch using Python.
• Advanced Python coding and LangChain are mandatory.
• Must have hands‑on experience with dynamic agent orchestration, multi‑agent workflows, AWS Bedrock and MCP.
• Experience hosting third‑party LLMs using AWS SageMaker and integrating specialized models is important.
• Healthcare / Life Sciences experience is needed.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Please prioritize actual developers who write Python code and have built working Agentic AI solutions, not candidates who have only designed architectures, managed teams or delivered GenAI POCs.

AI/ML engineer for GenAI track- with ability to design and develop Agentic AI agents with dynamic orchestration and workflow using Bedrock, MCP and hosting 3rd party models such as Medical LLM from Oxford using SageMaker and integrating them with overall orchestration framework. Healthcare lifescience experience needed. Dynamic orchestration and workflow using Bedrock, MCP and hosting 3rd party models. Hands‑on experience building agents from scratch using Python, LangChain is a must. HealthCare experience is nice to have.
