INIC Preschool in Texas invites an experienced PYP Preschool Coordinator to lead IB PYP implementation across our bilingual preschool campuses in Austin and Round Rock. This international opportunity welcomes educators based abroad seeking growth in the United States.

Ideal candidates bring IB PYP expertise, strong leadership, inquiry-based teaching, and experience coaching teachers in multilingual environments.

Qualifications

• IB PYP experience with preschool/early years settings.
• Experience or strong familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native or fluent Spanish; English proficiency for collaboration.
• Passion for inquiry, creativity, and whole-child education.
• Experience or familiarity with international or multilingual education environments.
• Experience training or mentoring teachers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and development of the IB PYP framework across both preschool campuses
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align curriculum, documentation, and classroom practices
• Coach and support teachers in inquiry-based instructional methods
• Assist with IB candidacy and authorization processes
• Help develop transdisciplinary units of inquiry for early childhood learners
• Strengthen assessment, reflection, and pedagogical consistency between campuses
• Promote internationally minded learning experiences and bilingual education
• Participate in professional development and strategic academic planning

International Baccalaureate aligned preschool campuses in Austin and Round Rock are seeking an experienced and passionate PYP Preschool Coordinator to help lead the implementation and growth of the IB Primary Years Programme within our early childhood environment. This is an exciting opportunity for educators currently based in Spain or internationally who are looking to grow professionally in the United States within a well-established Spanish immersion school community.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking educator who has:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, IB Education, or related field
• Experience in preschool, early years, or primary education
• Experience or strong familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native or fluent Spanish proficiency
• English proficiency sufficient for professional collaboration
• Passion for inquiry, creativity, and whole-child education

Preferred But Not Required

• Previous experience in an IB World School
• Experience training or mentoring teachers
• International teaching experience
• Experience in bilingual or immersion programs
