Job summary

Qualifications

• Student Engagement: Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and a love for learning.
• Assessment and Reporting: Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and report to parents and guardians.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a respectful, safe, and orderly classroom environment that supports student learning and positive behavior.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Embrace and celebrate diversity, promoting global awareness and intercultural understanding among students.
