This is not a specialized technical role, nor is it a traditional Project Manager position. Instead, we're looking for a versatile technology professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience across multiple technology domains, including databases, operating systems, applications, BI/reporting, and infrastructure. In this role, you'll partner with technical teams to coordinate operational activities, resolve complex issues, drive initiatives forward, and ensure technology services run effectively. Desired Experience

Approximate 5+ years of general IT experience.

Working knowledge or exposure to several of the following:

• Databases
• Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Business Intelligence and reporting tools
• Enterprise applications
• Infrastructure and IT operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
