PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in audit and assurance to lead large projects, pilot firm technology, and develop top-performing teams while engaging with clients at a senior level. You will drive project success, deliver practical solutions, and ensure operational excellence across engagements.

As part of the PwC Private team you apply strategic advising, coach others, and prioritize diversity and inclusion, with a focus on quality and integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience
  • CPA license. International hires must have passed the equivalent accounting certification in home country
  • Hires from a PwC affiliate firm must meet credential requirements for a PwC US senior manager in that affiliate firm

Job description

They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.


In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.

The Opportunity

As part of the PwC Private team you are to work with private companies and pilot new firm technology to innovate and provide clients with the right people, skills, and tech to anticipate needs and deliver sustained outcomes. As a Senior Manager you are to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also to develop top-performing teams and confirm the successful delivery of projects.

What You Must Have


  • 6 years of experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
