Job summary

MRC Global is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to drive B2B PVF orders, from quotes to delivery. You’ll process customer requests, create quotes, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately while driving value and profitability for the company.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet quality and delivery expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer and software use; able to navigate business systems.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for customer-facing roles.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes by sourcing PVF products from inventory or external suppliers.
• Build quotes that balance customer value with company profitability.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive growth.
• Engage with customers using product knowledge to recommend add‑ons.
• Process orders, create POs, and update customers on order status.
• Ensure pricing, freight, and delivery terms meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with managers, suppliers, and other departments to optimize service.
• Handle orders involving RMA, changes, or special invoicing needs.
