Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our Pearland, TX operations. The role involves inspecting inbound and outbound PVF products using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gauges, and NPT gauges to verify specifications.

This contract/full-time position requires at least two years in QC, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word and Excel; SharePoint is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in quality control inspecting pipes and PVF materials.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and perform accurate measurements.
• Basic math to calculate measurements and tolerances.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; SharePoint is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections on inbound and outbound pipes and PVF products to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gauges, and NPT gauges for precision inspections.
• Implement and refine quality control procedures to maintain and enhance quality standards.
• Conduct routine visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformance issues.
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain data records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
