Job summary

Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is seeking a talented PVD Engineer with magnetron sputter experience to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. You will support 200mm deposition processes, own deposition tools, and work with R&D to develop advanced packaging architectures in a state-of-the-art clean room environment.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 5+ years in relevant experience.
• Experience in thin film deposition or magnetron sputtering.
• Sustaining deposition processes and maintaining process/tool instructions.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication operations with technical expertise in PVD processes for the product line.
• Apply magnetron sputter deposition techniques.
• Maintain and optimize all deposition tools and equipment.
• Drive new tool/process development by researching suppliers/technologies.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and train in safe, efficient deposition operations.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on new device designs.
