Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an energetic Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive continual improvement in PVD deposition operations. The role emphasizes implementing improved methods to boost efficiencies, yields, machine operations and quality in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.

The candidate will support ramp-up with equipment/startup execution and process experiments, analyze data, identify systemic problems, and communicate findings to the engineering

Qualifications

  • Support PVD deposition manufacturing operations and GaN experience is preferred.
  • Develop and implement improved methods to boost efficiencies, yields, machine operations and quality.
  • Implement projects or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction or quality improvements and new product support.
  • Identify systematic problems in processes or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff continuously.
  • Support ramp-up with equipment/startup execution and process experiments (SWRs).
  • Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

  • Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner.
  • Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)
  • Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
