Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a Thinfilm Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across processes and procedures. You will join a fast-paced team focused on enhanced manufacturing methods, yields, and quality in a 300mm wafer Fab.

The role emphasizes supporting operations, executing improvement plans, and collaborating with diverse functions to enable cost reductions and smoother ramping of product lines. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing operations and participate in continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement improved methods, procedures, and processes to raise efficiency, yields, machine operation and quality.
• Lead improvement plans including cost reduction, new product support and other process improvements.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support high-volume production and minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer Fab.
• Identify systemic process or equipment issues and communicate findings to engineering staff.
• Support ramp with startup, process experiments, data analysis and problem resolution.
