Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a PVCO Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and supervise night shift personnel.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, manage shift documentation and SAP data, and mentor a team to meet production targets and uphold environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1–2 years of leadership or team supervision experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, SPC, or production reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output objectives.
• Lead and reinforce compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct shift meetings, safety training, inspections, incidents investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Drive root cause problem solving using 5-Why methodology and structured improvement tools.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and line performance to optimize efficiency.
• Complete accurate and timely production documentation, including shift reports and SAP data.
