Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Wichita Falls, Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – PVCO responsible for optimizing processes and product quality for PVC manufacturing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–7 years of manufacturing experience. Major tasks include supporting plant startups, serving as a PVCO Subject Matter Expert, and developing clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience required.
• Experience in plastics extrusion or pipe manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC methodologies.

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop clear work instructions and process documentation.
