Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Product Leader to drive the technology vision and architecture for PVAI within its AI Gigafactory initiative.

You will shape the product and platform design, align architecture across stages, and influence trends and partnerships to accelerate digital transformations for global enterprises. You will own architecture decisions, mentor architects, and push for innovative, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor degrees in CS, Economics, IT, or Marketing as listed in the qualifications.
• CSPO certification from Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technology vision and craft the technical strategy for PVAI.
• Strengthen design of product and platform components across the portfolio.
• Align upstream solution architecture with downstream delivery and roadmap.
• Stay ahead of technology trends, standards, and partners to improve adoption and market share of Genpact’s Digital solutions.
• Own the architecture scope of the Solution Council and lead architecture decisions for transformation needs.
• Create replicable reference architectures and research new innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
