Job summary
The Pharmacy Hub is a fast-paced, on-site pharmacy operations leader dedicated to accurate PV2 verification and regulatory compliance. This role supports our 24/7 mail-order fulfillment and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration with teammates.
New graduates are welcome, and the team values reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in day-to-day prescription processing and documentation.
Qualifications
- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
- Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Florida; additional state licenses are a plus.
- New grads welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- PV2 prescription verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations including DEA and FDA guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure medication safety and accuracy before fulfillment.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, PV1 pharmacists, and fulfillment staff to ensure smooth operations during the shift.
- Monitor and maintain productivity metrics to align with pharmacy goals and efficiency benchmarks.
- Assist in troubleshooting prescription processing, verification systems, or workflow interruptions during the midnight shift.
- Provide end-of-shift updates to the incoming team for seamless continuity.
