Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a PV2 Pharmacist to verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, mail-order pharmacy setting. This on-site role emphasizes regulatory adherence and collaboration with PV1 pharmacists and technicians to ensure precise fulfillment.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, an active Florida license, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. Evening/night shifts and a growth-focused team culture are offered.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Florida (additional state licenses a plus).

Responsibilities

PV2 verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance.
Adhere to federal, state and local regulations including DEA and FDA.
Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure medication safety.
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and PV1 pharmacists to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor productivity metrics aligned with pharmacy goals.
Assist in troubleshooting issues related to prescription processing and workflow.
Provide end-of-shift updates for continuity.
