John Deere2013;re seeking a PV&V Engineer - Drivetrain in Dubuque, IA to verify and validate drivetrain components and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing test plans across project phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering degree and has hands-on engineering experience, with strong communication, willingness to travel up to 5% and a focus on delivering data-driven results.

• Bachelor6 degree in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering experience obtained through projects, internships, or practical work experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical system dynamics, especially as related to powertrain and drivetrain systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical data and project updates through written reports and meeting presentations.
• Desire to learn from others in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% (both domestic and international).

Your Responsibilities

As a PV&V Engineer - Drivetrain for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will be:

• Work closely with cross functional teams to verify and validate drivetrain components and systems to customer requirements
• Execute test and analysis plans for product verification and validation throughout all phases of projects
• Partner with product development teams to identify creative and efficient solutions to resolve technical issues
• Gain experience with Construction and Forestry equipment
