We take pride in our **in-house training and apprenticeship programs**.**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR**Rummel Construction is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Operator**.** You should have experience working on and understanding cut/fill, mass excavation projects, and have the ability to work safely at all times. This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment with knowledge of hazards, safety precautions, awareness, and of cut/fill operations for a variety of projects.You'll be working with scores of experienced operators who put safety first and work together to meet the day's goals. We take pride in taking care of our equipment and making sure our employees are set up to be successful.
