Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Microsoft Purview Administrator to support a premier customer in a highly secure environment. You will manage Purview and Microsoft 365, implement governance, classify data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• US Citizen, able to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Hands-on Microsoft Purview administration experience.
• Strong data governance, data security and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with DLP, data classification and sensitivity labeling.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 environments and Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Experience with risk assessments and audits.
• Ability to develop and implement security and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test data governance and compliance policies.
• Deploy and configure Purview and integrated Microsoft 365 services.
• Mitigate risks, protect sensitive data and respond to incidents.
• Manage eDiscovery workflows for legal/compliance teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide user training.
• Monitor Purview performance and conduct regular audits.
