Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking Civil Engineering Interns and Early Career Engineers to begin their careers across infrastructure, environmental, and engineering disciplines. This opportunity is designed for Purdue University's upcoming graduates and recent grads, with opportunities in Water Resources, Structural, Construction, Environmental, and Transportation Engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Interest in Water Resources, Structural, Construction, Environmental, or Transportation Engineering.
• Academic projects, internships, co-ops, or student organizations are a plus.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, analysis, and design of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Support water resources and stormwater projects including drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, flood management, and watershed work.
• Assist with structural engineering projects including calculations, analysis, and drawings.
• Support transportation projects including roadway and multimodal infrastructure.
• Assist with construction engineering activities, field observations, documentation, and cost estimating.
