Responsibilities

• Reviews invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prints and obtains signatures on accounts payable checks and distributes them.
• Prepares garnishment checks per payroll reports.
• Acts as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable.
• Assists finance team and prepares analysis of accounts as needed.
• Manages stock, verifies counts on receipt, and ensures proper storage and handling.
