Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Kanban deployment experience (internal and external).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience managing supplier sourcing projects and RFPs.
• SAP MM and MRP experience required.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Buyers and Purchasing Coordinators.
• Assign workloads and establish team priorities.
• Review and approve purchase orders; ensure timely procurement.
• Develop supplier relationships; support negotiations and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Planning to resolve shortages and support schedules.
• Design, implement Kanban systems to optimize replenishment.
• Use SAP to manage purchasing activities, MRP, and data.
• Analyze purchasing trends with Excel and data tools.
