Practical QMS, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a seasoned Purchasing Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in procurement roles to lead our purchasing team, oversee the purchasing processes, and work strategically to improve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness across the organization.

You will supervise daily operations, implement purchasing strategies, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor team members while staying attuned to market trends and cost

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing role, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficient in utilizing purchasing software and tools.
• Demonstrated excellent negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
