Job summary

You will maintain storeroom inventories, generate POs, and work closely with vendors and plant leadership to ensure timely material availability.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, cost reporting, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams to meet schedules safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Three+ years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing/inventory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and overall Office suite.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of plant parts and supplies.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with internal and external vendors.
• Manage raw material deliveries and processing activities.
• Monitor inventory consumption, receiving, and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate end-of-month activities, including environmental, inventory, and cost reporting.
• Properly identify, receive, and store supplies in storeroom and remote storage areas.
• Maintain reorder points and inventory levels to support production requirements.
• Work with supervisors and suppliers to locate and expedite critical parts and supply deliveries.
