Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage the flow of clinical supplies and specialty products across multiple clinics to keep patient care stocked safely and cost-effectively. This full-time, Monday–Friday role operates out of our Plymouth location with a 6:00am–2:30pm shift.

Responsibilities include handling purchase orders, inventory monitoring, resolving availability issues, coordinating stock activities, supporting value analysis and product trials, and training staff on

Job description

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of supplies and specialty products across multiple locations to ensure products are available for patient care in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm out of our Plymouth location.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions

• Manages the purchase order process, receiving, and replenishment of all clinical supplies for multiple TCO clinics.
• Continually monitors and manages inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate product availability issues to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinates inventory management activities.
• Assists with value analysis and product trials as requested.
• Oversees and coordinates physical inventory process at the designated sites.
• Manages par levels and maintains accuracy within the inventory system.
• Assists with new user setup, training, and staff questions regarding MotionMD.
• Monitors product expiration dates.
• Assists with new clinic/new room set up; Stocking of exam rooms/procedure rooms.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma/Equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in materials management related position such as purchasing, inventory management, or hospital supply chain.

Working Conditions
