Job summary

Revo Health in Plymouth is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage the flow of clinical supplies across multiple TCO clinics, ensuring patient care is uninterrupted and costs are controlled. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, at our Plymouth location.

You will own the purchase order process, monitor inventories, resolve availability issues, coordinate stock activities, and support MotionMD user setup. Independent work ethic and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in materials management, purchasing, inventory management, or hospital supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manages the purchase order process, receiving, and replenishment of all clinical supplies for multiple clinics.
• Continuously monitors and manages inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate product availability issues to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinates inventory management activities.
• Assists with value analysis and product trials as requested.
• Oversees and coordinates physical inventory at designated sites.
• Manages par levels and maintains accuracy within the inventory system.
• Assists with new user setup, training, and staff questions regarding MotionMD.
• Monitors product expiration dates.
• Assists with new clinic/new room setup; stocking of exam rooms/procedure rooms.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of supplies and specialty products across multiple locations to ensure products are available for patient care in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm out of our Plymouth location.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions

• Manages the purchase order process, receiving, and replenishment of all clinical supplies for multiple TCO clinics.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma/Equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in materials management related position such as purchasing, inventory management, or hospital supply chain.

Working Conditions
