Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities and purchase order processing.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Maintain accurate SAP system records for materials and inventory.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data.
• Oversee consumables, including CO2, welding tips, and safety supplies.
• Prepare purchasing documents, invoices, and expense reports.
• Support inventory audits and material flow activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Position Summary
