• Maintain accurate purchasing records and data
• Process price changes and assign product/part codes
• Coordinate freight carriers and delivery schedules
• Process and resolve receiving discrepancies
• Manage credits and product returns; monitor inventory levels
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
