Lott Oil Company is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our mechanic shop team. This hands-on role supports equipment and operations that keep our business moving, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

You will work with a variety of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, document service activities, and collaborate with coworkers to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Highly motivated with a proactive work ethic.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Punctual and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Make adjustments, alignments and repairs to machinery.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance and call for repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with coworkers to get repairs done in a timely manner
• Record services and repairs to maintain accurate vehicle records
• Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the condition of machinery

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred*
