Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of purchasing, planning, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services to keep builds on schedule.
  • Lead purchasing initiatives focused on cost savings and supplier partnerships.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities meet company standards and compliance requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes around kitting, sequencing, and material flow.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage the procurement of materials, supplies, and services that keep our builds on schedule
  • Lead strategic purchasing initiatives focused on cost savings, supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all purchasing activities meet company standards and compliance requirements
  • Interpret purchasing specifications and work closely with internal teams to understand needs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of purchasing, planning, or supply chain experience
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and negotiate contracts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to work

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Periods of standing, walking, or sitting
  • Occasional bending, climbing, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs
