Are you ready to get your hands dirty, work with skilled professionals, and help build the finest offshore boats in the world? Freeman Boatworks is hiring motivated individuals passionate about production, manufacturing, and hands-on work.

Success here isn’t about prior boatbuilding experience — it’s about what you bring: a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the drive to learn. Whether you come from boats, carpentry, trades, or simply enjoy building and problem-solving, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into the craft of boatbuilding from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Being on their feet for most of the day
• Climbing in and out of boats and working in tight spaces
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Performing physical tasks as part of daily production work

Experience with lamination, infusion, composites, or other marine manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people!
