Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in Mason, MI to support procurement across the organization. You’ll manage purchases, supplier relationships, and invoice processing while using SAP in a hybrid work setting with in-office days Tue–Thu and remote Mondays and Fridays.

The role offers exposure to procurement, supplier management, and finance processes in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

We're seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting purchasing and procurement activities across the organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and aligned with business needs.

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in procurement, supplier management, purchasing operations, contract administration, and SAP while supporting a dynamic manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal customers.

What You'll Do

As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations have the materials, services, and supplies needed to succeed. Responsibilities include:
