Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial management assistant or similar).
• Experience in purchasing and/or materials planning; welcome returners.
• Confident MS Office skills; ERP experience desirable.
• Professional communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Structured, careful working style with good figures and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and compare quotations and request price/availability info.
• Schedule purchasing based on deadlines and required quantities.
• Maintain prices, delivery dates, and master data.
• Communicate with suppliers in day-to-day business.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with other departments.
• Stock monitoring and ensuring continuous availability of goods.
• Prepare reports and analyses as requested by management.
• Manage long-term supplier declarations.
• Support supplier evaluations and process improvements.
• Review and approve purchasing-related invoices.
