Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Receiving Tech/Inventory Tech to join our Idaho Falls team. You will verify shipments against packing slips, record items in the system, and resolve discrepancies with accounts payable.

Maintain inventory accuracy by pulling and checking orders and keep the warehouse clean and organized. Experience with basic computer functions, data entry, and operating pallet jack or forklift is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, preferred.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to use basic computer functions and scanning.
• Ability to operate pallet jack, forklift, and hand truck.
• Clear communication and proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify items match packing slips.
• Enter received items into the computer system and resolve discrepancies with accounts payable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by pulling and checking orders.

Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Receiving Tech/Inventory Tech to join our team!JOB SUMMARY: The Receiving Distribution Tech ensures that the supplies received by shipments match the packing slips, accurately receive the items in the computer system. Clear-up and receiving discrepancies that accounts payable needs help with. Maintains the goal of inventory control by accurately pulling and check orders. Maintains a safe, clean work environment by cleaning the warehouse and/or hospital.
