Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and materials planning for manufacturing operations.
• Create and manage POs; follow up with suppliers on deliveries and commitments.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, and production requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, planning, and delivery data.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Materials, and Procurement teams.
• Escalate supply issues and late deliveries.
• Provide transactional and administrative support.
