• Proposal & Product Team Support: assist with proposals, lead presentations, and manage multiple Excel reports.
• Act as the primary Global Supply Chain contact for assigned programs and coordinate schedules.
• Support product team schedules, configuration control, and program kick-offs/assessments.
• Procurement execution: identify urgent needs, ensure PO placement, and manage delivery timelines; resolve invoicing/blockages.

Purchasing & Materials Administrative Analyst Position Overview Location: Lexington, KY (Onsite Full Time) Desired Start Date: 11/12/2026 Target Duration: 11/12/2026 – 5/12/2027 (5/40 Schedule) Pay Rate / Level: $34.20 Hourly (OT40) | Level 2: BS + 3–5 Years or MS + 0–3 Years Security Clearance: Secret Clearance Required (Must have active clearance)

Job Summary Sources, plans, and schedules the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related items through production and inventory processes. Identifies raw material, component, and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules. Ensures all items move smoothly through the procurement lifecycle (cradle to grave) without issue and coordinates resulting material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Proposal & Product Team Support
  • Proposal Support: Assist with proposal preparation, leadership presentations, gathering/presenting real-time team performance metrics, and managing/operating multiple reports via Excel.
  • Product Team Support: Act as the primary Global Supply Chain (GSC) point of contact for assigned programs.
  • Support product team schedules, configuration control, program kick-offs, and program assessment meetings.
  • Department Coordination: Participate in logistics, receiving, and finance department meetings as the primary GSC point of contact.
• 2. Buyer & Supplier Support
  • Procurement Execution: Identify critical/urgent procurement needs, communicate status, ensure timely PO placement and delivery, and manage material delivery timelines/expediting status.
  • Front- & Back-End Support: Analyze data to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and schedules (front-end); analyze backlog data and resolve procurement blockages or constraints (back-end).
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve frustrated material issues (Grief Notes/FOSOV), support invoicing and accounts payable problem resolution with functional teams and buyers, and advance vendor/supplier relations.
