Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive cross-functional product development and cost-effective redesigns. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and vendors to bring new products to market while enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs.

You will lead projects across functions, ensure on-time delivery, manage quality risks, and maintain strong vendor relationships with contract monitoring. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

• Lead project and influence different functions to achieve goals, assure result accomplish and deliver on time.
• Know the potential quality risk, know how to improve product cost - increase production efficiency, re-engineering, material changing, etc.
• Approaches tasks and projects in a streamlined manner; applied knowledge of processes, product, and resources to minimize rework and maximize efficiency.
• Identify priorities during whirl wind.
