An outstanding, full-time opening has come available for a Purchasing Manager to join one of the foremost leaders in the health and fitness industry. Responsibilities

• Maintain key accounts by administering purchase orders, contracts, and request for quotes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of global buyers
• Responsible for understanding all aspects of the Business Rules involving order processing, inventory, purchasing, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Requirements

• Must have an Associate’s degree OR two years equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and vendor management, specifically in the machining, heavy equipment, automotive, or spare parts industry
• Prior experience of mechanical and electrical component procurement a MUST
• Hands on experience buying/planning in an integrated ERP/DRP environment, preferably using Oracle or SAP
• Profession Certifications (ISM, APICS) preferred
• Expert knowledge of Excel
