Tasks

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.

  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities, making informed decisions to enhance the company's purchasing operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes and alignment with overall business goals.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely replenishment to meet organizational needs without excess surplus.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the business consulting and services industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize purchasing strategies.
