You will manage a distributed buying team across the Americas, shape supplier and commodity strategy, and coordinate across US and Mexico time zones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of automotive purchasing experience with deep knowledge of materials and market dynamics, plus the ability to adapt to new material technologies.

• Strong grasp of materials, commodities, and market dynamics; competitor experience is a plus.
• Evolve with new material technology rather than sticking to the old playbook.
• Quick-thinking, adaptable, ready to move at pace.
• NVH foam, compression molded foam experience is a huge bonus.
